Daily MIS & management reporting

One version of the numbers, in your WhatsApp every morning.

Different reports from different people, all with different numbers. I connect your books, ERP, sales sheets and bank data into one source of truth, then deliver the numbers each CXO needs, daily, on WhatsApp or email. Ask a follow-up question and get an answer in plain language.

Is this for you?

Who this is for, and who it isn't.

A good fit if…

  • Leadership waits days for month-end MIS
  • Numbers from sales, accounts and ops do not match
  • Data lives in Tally, Excel and a few other systems

Not a fit if…

  • One system already gives everyone what they need
What you get

Deliverables, not adjectives.

  • Data connections to Tally or your ERP, sheets, CRM and banks
  • A single data model with agreed definitions (what counts as sales, overdue, stock)
  • Daily WhatsApp or email summaries per role: CEO, CFO, COO, sales head
  • Exception alerts: big overdues, cash dips, stock-outs, margin drops
  • Ask-a-question: reply to the summary in plain language and get the answer
  • A month-end MIS pack generated automatically
How it works

The playbook.

1.Week 1

Define

Agree the numbers each leader needs and the definitions behind them.

2.Weeks 2–3

Connect

Pull data from each system into one model and check it against existing reports.

3.Week 4

Deliver

Daily summaries and alerts go live; tune them based on feedback.

4.Ongoing

Run

Monitoring, new metrics and month-end packs.

Timeline: Live in about 4 weeks.

FAQ

Questions marketing leaders ask.

Is the data secure on WhatsApp?

Summaries go only to approved numbers through the official WhatsApp Business API. Sensitive detail can stay in an email or a secured link instead.

What if the numbers do not match our current reports?

That is usually the first useful finding. We reconcile the differences, agree definitions, and from then on everyone works from the same numbers.

Can I ask questions about the data?

Yes. Reply to the summary with a question, such as which customers are 60 days overdue, and you get the answer back.
