Why is it called Dude Consulting?

Because that's what you get: one senior operator accountable for the whole thing, not an account manager relaying notes to a pod of juniors.

Is it really just one person?

Strategy, systems and accountability sit with me. AI agents do much of the heavy lifting, and for specialist work like video production or creator sourcing I bring in vetted partners I manage directly. You only ever deal with me.

What does it cost?

Every engagement starts with a one-week diagnostic for ₹50,000, credited in full if you continue. Advisory retainers start at ₹1.5L/month. GTM execution starts at ₹2L/month per channel. Automations start at ₹1L to build plus ₹25,000/month to run. GST extra.

Do you work outside India?

Yes. SaaS engagements run remotely worldwide and are priced in USD for international clients (the diagnostic is $1,500). Onsite work is based in Mumbai; travel and stay are billed at actuals elsewhere.
