Receivables & collections automation

Get paid faster, without the awkward follow-up calls.

Overdue payments are a cash-flow problem and a time sink, and chasing them strains customer relationships. I set up a system that reminds every customer on time, in the right tone, with a payment link, and only brings you in when it needs a human.

Is this for you?

Who this is for, and who it isn't.

A good fit if…

  • You sell on credit to businesses or dealers
  • Outstanding receivables are a regular headache
  • Your team spends hours a week on payment calls

Not a fit if…

  • Customers pay upfront
What you get

Deliverables, not adjectives.

  • Receivables pulled daily from Tally or your ERP, with an ageing view
  • Reminder sequences on WhatsApp and email, softer early and firmer later
  • Payment links (UPI, card, net banking) in every reminder
  • Escalation rules: when to alert sales or the owner, and when to pause supply
  • Daily collections summary on WhatsApp
How it works

The playbook.

1.Week 1

Map

Ageing analysis, customer segments, and your current follow-up rules.

2.Weeks 2–3

Build

Integrate with your accounts, write reminder templates, set escalations.

3.Week 3

Go live

Start with one customer segment, check responses, then expand.

4.Ongoing

Run

Monitoring, template tweaks and monthly collection reports.

Timeline: Live in about 3 weeks. Most businesses see cash come in faster within the first cycle.

FAQ

Questions marketing leaders ask.

Won't customers find automated reminders rude?

Not when the tone is right. Early reminders are friendly ("here's your invoice and a payment link"), and firmer messages only go out later. You approve every template.

Does it work on WhatsApp?

Yes, through the official WhatsApp Business API, so messages come from your verified business number, not a personal phone.

What happens with disputed invoices?

Any reply that isn't a payment, like a dispute, a question or a promise to pay, pauses the sequence and goes to your team.

Can it stop supply to defaulters?

It can alert your sales or dispatch team when a customer crosses a limit you set. The decision stays with you.
